大直径封闭式储煤场结构设计探析

摘要: 针对封闭式储煤场的仓储量大、造价低、施工周期短、工艺简单等特点,结合陈家沟煤矿直径100m的封闭式储煤场的设计实践,详细介绍了落煤筒、返煤暗道、挡煤墙等各部分的荷载取值、结构分析以及基础设计。

Abstract: In the production system of coal mine ground, there are several ways of raw coal storage: circular or square silo,underground or semi-underground storage bin and enclosed coal yard. Because enclosed coal yard has many advantages, such as large reserves, low cost, short construction period,simple process, etc. So it is widely used in modern coal mines. Combined with the design of enclosed coal yard with a diameter of 100m, the paper introduces load value, structural analysis and foundation design of coal chute, return coal tunnel, the coal retaining wall,to provide reference for the similar engineering.
